Gallery-grade websites, designed and run for you. You update everything from a spreadsheet and a folder of photos. We handle the rest, automatically.

The Artist’s
Portfolio. Reinvented

How it works

Work on your art, not your website.

What you do

01

Edit your spreadsheet

Add a work, change a price, mark something sold, in a Google Sheet you already know how to use.

02

Email us, it’s live within days

That’s the whole job. No builder, no dashboard, no developer.

Coming soon: self-publishing. Save your sheet and the site updates itself. No email needed, no waiting.

What happens automatically

01

Your photos, optimised

Send images straight from your phone or camera, any format, any size. Every visitor gets a fast, crisp version. You never resize or convert anything.

02

Found on Google

When a collector searches your name, you come up. Each painting gets its own page, written so Google can find it, and new work is search-ready the moment it’s published.

03

Share cards that show the work

Paste any painting’s link into WhatsApp or Instagram and the artwork itself appears as the preview, with title and details included.

04

Design, hosting & publishing

Composed like an exhibition, hosted on fast global servers, kept online and up to date. Nothing for you to maintain, nothing to break.

Templates

Different looks. The same effortless experience.

Editorial

Warm, serif, classic. A quiet gallery feel for figurative and traditional work.

Gallery

Pure white, modern, side navigation. The room disappears, the art stays.

Collection

Dark, dramatic, organised in series. Made for a career’s worth of work.

Every template runs on the same system with different settings. Typography, colour, layout and tone are tuned per artist. Yours won’t look like anyone else’s.

The invisible part

No more hours optimising images. It’s automatic.

Big, unoptimised images are why most artist sites feel slow. Saora converts every photo automatically, same painting, a fraction of the weight.

Simulation: typical timing for an unoptimised 8 MB image on a 4G connection, same painting both sides. Slow sites lose visitors and rank lower on Google.

The process

Four simple steps, a few days.

1

Choose your template

Start by picking the look that suits your work. Three templates today, with more being added. You can switch to a different one once a year, free.

2

Fill in your spreadsheet

We send you a Google Sheet: title, year, medium, size, price for each work. Your photos go into a shared folder, named so the sheet points to the right piece. No software to install.

3

We build & launch it

Your sheet and images become your finished site: live, optimised for every device, composed like an exhibition. New work later? Update the sheet, email us, and it’s live within days.

4
Optional

Your own domain & email

Want your-name.com? We connect it for you. Already have a domain, or an email address on it? Keep both. Nothing about them changes.

Pricing

A site you're proud to share. No developer, no weekends.

€120 setup + €200 / year

That works out to under €17 a month. A framer charges more for a single canvas.

No per-change invoices, no subscriptions that creep up, no commission on your sales, ever.

Still studying? Setup is free, then €200 / year.

FAQ

Questions artists ask.

Who owns the domain and the website? +

You own the domain, registered in your name, and all your content: every image, price and word lives in your spreadsheet and image folder, and it comes with you wherever you go. The template itself is part of the Saora service: we design, build and maintain it. If you ever leave, you keep your work and your domain. Nothing of yours is ever locked in.

What do I actually have to do? +

Type a title and a price into a spreadsheet row, drop a photo in the shared folder, and email us. We build the page and put it live. That’s the whole job, no software to learn.

What can I put on my site? +

Everything that matters: your artwork images with title, year, medium, dimensions, price and availability, plus an about section, exhibitions, and your own words throughout. Enquiries go straight to whichever email you choose.

Can I see my own work in it before paying? +

Yes, send six to eight images and we’ll build a free private preview with your actual paintings, no obligation. Deciding is much easier when it’s your work on the screen.

I already have a website and domain. Can I switch? +

Yes. Your existing domain points at the new site. Nothing about your name or address changes, and your email keeps working. We handle the move.
